I had my eyes on this pleated skirt with the vest for awhile . Once it came back in stock I bought it ASAP. I received it about a week and a half after ordering . The quality is amazing , it’s not too short but not too long either . The skirt looks amazing paired with the vest but can also be worn with a different top . I love the color for the summer / spring .
