This is honestly one of the most flattering dresses I’ve ever worn. The color is beautiful and the open back is so elegant. I’m planning on buying the black as well. I’ll be wearing the blue to a wedding this fall and it’ll be perfect for the semi-formal attire, my boyfriend also loves the way it looks.
I’m 5’4” and with 3-4” heels on the dress just about skims the ground wearing it off shoulder. I would say it runs very true to size. The material is slightly stretchy and forgiving. I have a curvy body (29 in jeans, small-medium in tops) and the medium fits perfectly.

I absolutely love it!! I'm 5'3 and it touches the ground but when I have heels on it's the perfect length. The one thing I didn't even think of is your can't really raise your arms but that's fine
